RFID experience
RFID inventory in a large asset environment
I led an RFID implementation from the customer side involving approximately 15,000 IT assets within a broader environment of approximately 55,000 physical assets.
Manual and barcode-based inventory previously took weeks. RFID substantially reduced the physical inventory effort.
My role was to lead and manage the implementation from the customer side, keeping operational requirements and the inventory process at the centre of the project.

Automated Storage System Implementation — Vienna
Project management for the implementation of six vertical storage systems, from user requirements and software follow-up to implementation coordination and procurement of the modular storage configuration.
